"if you bought the exhaust new it should have came with a carb paper and i think you can take it to court and win if not just get it refed and they will basically give you the same paper as it would have came with originally, i dobut calling greedy will help you get this paper because they are running a risk just giving out these papers cas every ricer with an ebay can would have asked for one and they would end up losing their "50 state legal" Its not a good idea to buy the exhaust used unless it comes with the c.a.r.b paper cas you are going to end up spending that money you saved on court fees ect. . . And im sure that Modifing your emissions system is the only thing you cant do much about other than return it to stock (pre cat stuff, egr, cats, turbos. . . )
